The UW Northern Tier Shelter Fellowship provides a unique opportunity for shelters in Alaska, Washington, Idaho, Montana, North Dakota, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. The program offers additional training for shelter staff to increase the quality of care within shelters and life-saving capacity of their communities. Up to two staff in leadership roles per shelter will participate.
